I wish it was easier for a doctor to control the flow of the rooms- allowing more than one computer to be able to use the flow/ unlocking of rooms would help- sometimes there is issues with opening rooms and the order of rooms after that happens.

The premade form does not align with our practice so it forced us to use IntakeQ for our paperwork needs which is an added expense to an already pricier EHR system.

We switched for certain functions that don’t actually work the way they described and the customer support had been horrible

Every time I send a chat needing assistance with something, the representatives are incredibly quick to respond and ALWAYS helpful. Whether the question/issue gets solved or figured out right away, or if they have to send it to for example to their tech team, there never goes a question unanswered or issue unresolved.

appointment tracking and multple case types for patients makes things complicated at times.

Wish there was more customization of mass texts, and then the ability to incorporate it into email as well.

Right now my only complaint with ChiroHD is that their patient app does not allow for family scheduling.

It helps keep me and my colleagues well organized and communicating well.

There have been some recent problems that we are working with the customer service to fix regarding our notes not saving.

Very poor Physical therapy note templates (not legal/defensible in court and very laborious to complete).

When it crashes we cannot schedule anyone or see anything so we have to improvise.

I love that it is cloud-based, and has automated texting options and the options for the patients to self-schedule using the app.  

The integration with other programs is also very helpful

It's so convenient to have patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes all in one place. Plus the ability to easily generate reports and track bulling has been a huge help.

It is a very smart system and I think there are a lot of useful and good things in place that make this system easy to use and work with.

We always figure things out in a timely manner with the help of the incredible representatives that are available to chat with daily.

It feels like every couple of months there is a game changing update that makes practice easier.

They have so many amazing tools that I could not find in other products, and we are not even a chiropractic clinic!

That way the texts say the parent's name since it is their phone number.

How easy it is to use and how customizable it is with color coordinating and managing appointments.
