I would access from a third party so not always had access; in three years had to call and contact them multiple times because of the passwords, the access, etc.

They all use this a way into the field and no nothing about coding even for the most basic things required in documentation i.e. Fishbone labs, smart templates(all show not aligned, no data, etc.)

The power chart templates are useless, the labs are horrible on interoperability(getting outside labs to pull into results review), workflows lack vision on what is needed and how to view it in a timely manner, the powerforms/powernotes are just as useless.

The orders fall off after 1 yr from the MAR to where pharmacy can't bill requiring providers to have to cancel and reorder every 6 months to prevent reimbursement problems.

Cerner is an improvement from the previous military EHR which was ancient.

This becomes a safety issue and if anyone was actually regulating these EMR's they would be shut down immediately for concerns of patient safety.

I wish its search feature could search more in-depth within the patient chart like EPIC does.

Moreover, it is an extremely well developed software where you are able to navigate through patient's chart, test results, patient's scheduled visits and many other tools that healthcare providers use to get acquaintance with the personal history of the patient.

Majority of the hospitals I work with use Cerner so a lot of exposure and users around to troubleshoot.

Overall, i have had a pleasant experience with this software, it is definitely user friendly and provides healthcare workers a variety of tools that make charting much easier.

Learning to manually alter settings takes some time and user know-how.

For example, when looking up a patient's past bloodwork results, I now have to expand the dates of what I want to see further in the past in every single patient's chart, instead of just setting it once and having it remember it.

Cerner has uses for every teams dicipline and it certainly does it's job for patients electronic medical chart.

I think the layout is user friendly but could be tidied up a little bit.

Overall I think that it is a very in depth charting system with good organization.

Overall experience with Prime Suite is positive during use, it’s when switching or upgrading that the experience is less positive.

The financial applications and reporting was difficult to use.

I was then informed that the data only came in and a format that does not allow access, except by transferring to another third party.  

I purchased a 3 month extension specifically to allow time for exiting and transfer of necessary information.  

Unable to extract financial records despite multiple contacts with customer service.  

I liked the ease of use and minimal training required to use it.

This is an unreasonably burdensome cost for the exit of a small practice.  

Used this software beginning with a legacy product that was acquired by Greenway.

Had to totally rearrange our office flow and we wrote most of the templates for patient visits ourselves.

Haven't had normal office functioning of the product for weeks and they are NOT helpful fixing the problems that they created themselves.

Glitches, the product stops working due to "upgrades" and workarounds have to be done.

Reporting functionality can be challenging due to how the data is stored.

Very disgusted with response time for solutions to billing and software times.

Now, most recently, they changed something on their end-not ours- without any warning at all and we are being told we have to get a whole new internet to correct the issue.

The support is not only horrendous for the software, but the billing is even worse.

The clinical portion is easy and intuitive, although we have received zero support in learning.

NOt good - the billing department  cannot keep accounts straight cannot  keep invoices straight can tell us why we are being billed

WE have then set up on a monthly pay basis - every three months or so  they shut us down for a week  stating we have not paid.
