I wish it was easier for a doctor to control the flow of the rooms- allowing more than one computer to be able to use the flow/ unlocking of rooms would help- sometimes there is issues with opening rooms and the order of rooms after that happens.

There have been some recent problems that we are working with the customer service to fix regarding our notes not saving.

Very poor Physical therapy note templates (not legal/defensible in court and very laborious to complete).

When it crashes we cannot schedule anyone or see anything so we have to improvise.

I love that it is cloud-based, and has automated texting options and the options for the patients to self-schedule using the app.  

The integration with other programs is also very helpful

It is a very smart system and I think there are a lot of useful and good things in place that make this system easy to use and work with.

It feels like every couple of months there is a game changing update that makes practice easier.

They have so many amazing tools that I could not find in other products, and we are not even a chiropractic clinic!

The developer doesn't believe thoracic extension exists. If you want to show this ROM, you must make your own note set, which is very difficult.

I thank [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for his help over this past weekend at the FCA convention when he took about 20 minutes of his time to make sure I was able to do my SOAP notes on Monday.

However, the line item customization set up does not allow for individual results.

I went to the training in Florida, and it was the best experience I have ever had with training and learning.  

Speaking of note sets, It took me 6 months to make mine because exams take FOREVER to do on this software.

We have been very satisfied with Eclipse, both the program as well as the support.

Be able to txt patient 's appointment reminder is a great tool.

I wish there was a way to have my desk top that is in the office to access eclipse even while my main computer isn't in the same office.

I have bot encounter any issue with the software that the tech has not been able to help with .

I have found over my time with the software that you can get just about any kind of report out of it and see just where the practice is doing well and what you need to improve on.  

That again means separate notes and ledger.
