Cloud Claims overview

What is Cloud Claims?

Cloud Claims handles all commercial lines including P&C, workers' compensation, auto, PL, GL, and more. User-friendly and aesthetically clean on desktop or mobile browsers, Cloud Claims accurately and easily manages the entire claims lifecycle — from first report of incident through issuing payments and collections.

In addition to incident-based management; logical screen arrangements; workflows; reminders for appointments, phone calls, court appearances, and due dates; reporting; and analytics, Cloud Claims also features:

* Tag-based organization for particular types of documents, eliminating network folders and files

* Documents, image files, videos, PDFs, and other attachments for each incident, even by damage type

* An activity log to track notes and actions taken, with reminders for upcoming due dates

* The ability to connect claims to policies, enabling you to run reports by policy and policy period

* The ability to audit every change made by anyone and the dates they’re made

* Reports run by user-determined filters — claim handlers, claims paid by amounts, dates, policy numbers, totals incurred, and more — that don’t require SQL or Boolean logic, all of which can be exported to Excel

* Dashboards that show types of accidents, incidents, and frequency of particular types of accidents, claims for particular incidents by various time period, causes of those incidents, their costs, and more

* Breadcrumbs to allow you to find your way back through the system

* Global Search that allows you to search the entire system, by incident or claim numbers, payment and payment amounts, dates and date ranges, locations, and names.

Key benefits of using Cloud Claims

* Gain insights and improve decision-making with clean dashboards and customizable reports.
* Incident-based management eliminates redundant data entry.
* Integrated document management, notes, and diary bring all your claims info together in one place.
* Connect with TPAs and carriers to consolidate your data.
