While only providing SSO to enterprise clients is common, this practice should be heavily discouraged.
The StandardFusion support team have been amazing, and onboarding was great. They helped load and setup the system based on our existing SOC 2 reports.
They say everything happens for a reason… because I almost missed out.
Its intuitive user interface provides a wealth of valuable information, and the comprehensive package it offers is notably devoid of any significant drawbacks.
There are minor complaints about editing documents inside the product, but for us it has never been an issue. Standard Fusion is always updating and adding new features.
The best part of StandardFusion is working with their Customer Success team. They are very prompt in answering all of our inquiries.

This is a very powerful solution. It provides great compatibility for remote control, and it is very easy to use.
I dislike that the visual components of ACL are limited.
Flexibility in solutioning with ability to do analytics and automation and reimporting results to create info worthy reporting. And not to mention the good and fast support given.
I can hardly pinpoint any of the feature that is missing.
ACL Analytics and ACL Robotics - Simply Amazing capabilities in the windows version and the GRC platform. The ability to automate repetitive tasks is awesome.
We currently utilize ACL to normalize data (names) and then conduct fraud analysis on the payment requests to prevent duplicate or overlapping requests.
The ACL community and support provide literally thousands of scripts and other helps. The new features keep coming and are amazing, like the ACL Robotics (automation functions).
There are a number of different ways to get the same result and I am not always convinced I am doing it the right way. I find it difficult to pull results when multi-line fields are being imported.
Keeps things organized and helps us analyze large amounts of data quickly. Love it and would recommend to any audit team big or small.
I like how easy it is to use the Macros to create scripts that can be used for repetitive tasks. The free online support center and training classes help learning the system a breeze.
I like the fact that the solution is now evolving into a cloud based solution and not on-premise.
The best part of Highbond is that it is an intuitive platform that is easy to implement, learn, and use. Our implementation went very smoothly and was ready much faster than I expected.
HighBond is easy to navigate. My favorite Compliance assessment, storyboard, results, and frameworks.
Overall I think the highbond packages and online user forums/trainings are an excellent investment for any internal audit program.

Heavy usage of FAIR is great, and I like the application templates that can be downloaded for crowdsourcing.
Sometimes Controls trigger before the due date and missing notifications.
Very easy to use with drag and drop functions and the LogicGate support team is amazing. So responsive and helpful.
We started using LogicGate to decentralize risk management and incident management. All users can now always track their risks and submit any incidents.
Brilliant - my experience so far has been a very positive one. As time moves on, I am getting more involved in different areas of the system, as user and as a power user.
The reporting functionality of the platform is still limited but continuous enhancements are being rolled out by LogicGate.

Because the software is fairly new, improvements are still being made. Sometimes it has not able to do exactly what is desired but each time they have listened to our problem and feedback.

Gensuite's ability to analyze information across a large enterprise adds value for my team. Gensuite also has great workflow capacity and wonderful customer service.
Product support has been lagging at times when there is a problem.
Outstanding customer support and bug fixes, the "Help Me" feature provide an excellent and fast communication channel with the technical and administrative teams.
The user interface is ridiculously complex, and cannot be changed. After four years of use, my employees still complain about how difficult it is to enter information.
It is great for tracking incidents, OSHA Logs. The Compliance Calendar and Action Plan are great tools for tracking proactive and reactive action to inspections, incidents and regular requirements.
No Security gate log to manage emergency evacuations.
Robust framework allows for excellent incident tracking. Compliance calendar is also very helpful, as is the inspection tool.
Why do we have to 'pay' to get 'basic functionality. Why does it take so long for things to be addressed or fixed.
All of its wonderful capabilities and the program is very easy to use.
Used for required training on workplace violence response.

We came across Gensuite and knew at once it was the best fit for our business.
I've been using Gensuite for 3 years now, and it's a great product for conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations. The ACE tool is easy to use as well.

Gensuite's ability to analyze information across a large enterprise adds value for my team. Gensuite also has great workflow capacity and wonderful customer service.
Product support has been lagging at times when there is a problem.
Outstanding customer support and bug fixes, the "Help Me" feature provide an excellent and fast communication channel with the technical and administrative teams.
The user interface is ridiculously complex, and cannot be changed. After four years of use, my employees still complain about how difficult it is to enter information.
It is great for tracking incidents, OSHA Logs. The Compliance Calendar and Action Plan are great tools for tracking proactive and reactive action to inspections, incidents and regular requirements.
No Security gate log to manage emergency evacuations.
Robust framework allows for excellent incident tracking. Compliance calendar is also very helpful, as is the inspection tool.
Why do we have to 'pay' to get 'basic functionality. Why does it take so long for things to be addressed or fixed.
All of its wonderful capabilities and the program is very easy to use.

We came across Gensuite and knew at once it was the best fit for our business.
I've been using Gensuite for 3 years now, and it's a great product for conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations. The ACE tool is easy to use as well.
Very nice/good tracking tool, Highly integrated with operational process. Real Differentiatior with key Indicators...like to the remainders which is good option.
I've been part of the BA team for 4 years, it's great to see these types of results.
Lastly, we really like how most of the applications are integrated with others, for example; when you conduct an audit, you simply export those items to the action tracking app for tracking purposes.
It also provides a cost effective step into the digital system space without investing in elements that the business is not yet ready for.
This teams works tirelessly to provide what I, as a customer, needs. They walk through every step with me in detail, ensuring that they are meeting all my needs and desires.

I greatly enjoy working in the system, the Resolver team in fantastic and very responsive. Any issues that may come up (rare though they are) are handled quickly.
Upgrading from version to version is quite disruptive to our operations and we have typically found a fatal error the past few times we have upgraded.
Having previously submitted evidence from prior audits is very helpful during audits in progress. While the product is great, the support team is what makes the overall experience the exceptional.
There are other aspects of this software that I don't access as they are difficult to navigate and not intuitive.
The product is affordable, and easy to use and track incidents. It also provides a great ROI and helps prove a security department's worth.

The fact that Netwrix always includes new and better features all of the time. Great price for the software and once it is in place and working it is very stable and solid.
It gives us errors but doesn't explain exactly what the error is so we can fix it, it tracks windows 10 but has trouble tracking Windows 7 updates.
I like how easy it is to deploy and upgrade. The new 9.0 interface is a great improvement over the previous version.
Some of the plugins are hard to use. I have a hard time figuring out what is causing errors sometimes when it runs its nightly scans of my systems.
I must also give kudos to the Netwrix helpdesk, as there are very knowledgeable and have assisted successfully on numerous occasions.
Missing some real-time features and alerts. Difficult to Integrate with other auditing software.

It was a wonderful experience in configuring and setting up this product because of the ease of use.
The only negative I experienced was the domain functions while having the software installed on a linux platform.
Perfect solution to audit all IT levels in organization.
During these uncertain times, wherein organization are looking at cost cuts, without compromising security. That's where Log360 comes handy.
Our client loves the visibility across all System, Networks, AWS, Azure as well to Active Directory, which comes very handy during DDOS attacks.
Ease of setup and implementation, the scope and features.
How easy it is to be able to make the configuration for log analysis from a simple registry going through our entire network infrastructure and applications.
Also, easy to setup, intuitive UI and Integration with other 3rd party.

What impresses me most about this software is the simplicity and accessibility of all aspects associated with this software.
There is a lot to look at on the one screen can get confusing.
OH and Safety application is great. Safety performance is great to monitor.
Apart from manual csv downloads across individual modules, no other form of integration available.
The most that i like about this software is the ease of the software.
Print function is a messy format with no quality work arounds (e.g. unable to print a single page within a group of forms). Support and requested development can be very slow.
It is great and has been a real help to our work here.
Sometimes it can be hard to find what you need but a quick look and its usually there.
Ease of use, simple format that does everything you want it to.
Clear concepts and report templates. It covers what is needed to keep our team focused.
Donesafe software provides an easy to use, and very easily accessed platform for the business to use on a regular basis to guarantee compliance in all areas.
The system was developed over a 6 month period, which was only possible with a dedicated member on staff devoted to the project which is an additional cost.
I recommend Donesafe to any building that would need readings and data right away for everyone to view.
The software is very simple to use and acceptable price compares to other organisation.

I like the ability to view if the email source is trusted or untrusted. It is helpful for viewing this information before even opening the email.
The scores are not always accurate, as I was getting "yellow" flagged warnings for internal company emails.
Knowledgeable and helpful team, fast and easy onboarding, rich data with clean interface for efficient management of order reviews.
At the moment we have the problem that Fraud.net matchs the Device ID sometimes with orders which are obviously not connected to the actual one.
I like how easy it is use and get quality information to my team.
Fraud.net helps lower the risk of clicking any phishing scams or opening any suspicious emails. By doing so, it can make my time more efficient.
I think it's good that this tool can display all the information for evaluating a case on one page (all information!).
Overall the software works wonders, but if I had any complaints, it would be that I would want more information as to why a certain risk score is given to an email on the Email Shield Add-in.
It is very good that a freely definable rule can be created from all possible data points.
F.Net cares about feedback and the desire for customizations.
The API for eCommerce and Banking are very rich in data points. As we use the product more, we shall be moving away from a rules based engine to a more Machine learning based engine.
We were able to integrate another service into fraud.net really easily.

They are personable and quick to respond. You feel connected to them and they seem eager to help you make the best use of their system.
Dashboard functionality was misleading. We moved to Enterprise for clients but it has taken us a year and we still don't have all of the dashboards our clients requested.
We have utilized JW Software for the past 20 years and they have been outstanding in all aspects.
Now we have to program upgrades in Legacy (for staff) and Enterprise (for clients). There is no mobile app for inured workers to access claim information.
FileHandler Enterprise - Best fit solution and amazing support staff.
We were hesitant to go with a smaller developer for future development, but that worry was for nothing. We couldn't be more pleased with how our experience with JW Software/FileHandler has been.
Filehandler supported our transition to paperless and allowed our users to work remotely. JW has great support staff.
The version we are on is now considered legacy, forcing a costly upgrade to a newer version in the future.
Very intuitive and user-friendly. JW has been wonderful with customizing features to suit our specific needs.
