The support team is amazing!!!!!!!!!  Physician schedules can be as intricate as you need. Images easily stored in the medical record.

The SQL search function is difficult to use. Sometimes we have had troubles with the stability of the software - sometimes it crashes and you have to restart it.

The billing program has to be checked and often rebilled for  missing claims. The drop down lists are not optometry specific and can be very tedious to find the right listing.

The ability to interface all of  our images from topography to ERG into the cloud EHR with ease.

The web registration is very unfriendly for patients and the practice alike. We are unable to access the information other than importing.

There are constant updates that cause us to be very frustrated.

EHR is integrated, BUT, you have to pay for the software up-front, purchase and maintain your own server, and pay for monthly subscription for customer service.

The ability to customize screens and the VSP integration are huge positives for our office too.

DrChromo has a good payment plan compared to other similar EHR which helps to save money. It keeps improving its functionality.

Its handled by auto generated scripts and it only gets to a live person via email, not a phone call, when the problem is out of hands and escalated by an irate consumer.

Pushy salespeople, bad experience with sales and billing staff, expensive. Took 6 months to integrate billing software with clearinghouse, poor follow up with customer service regarding this process.

I love the ability to take templates that other users have created and then edit off of those. Also like that square is integrated with it for payment.

Labs are always a problem  they never receive it. With that situation of the labs i can tell that maybe is the labs company and not the Drchrono, but im not 100% sure  whos guilty for that.
