There are many "options" needed that, hopefully, will be coming.   If you print a receipt for a patient (they need for FSA or HSA) the tooth number does not print on the receipt.

The reporting module was built in a way that you cannot filter the reports before running them.   If you have a large database, this means the report times out, before the report even loads.

Also, Curve needs the function to create CMS-1500 forms to send to medical insurance as we currently use an outside software for this.

The terms of my auto renewing yearly contract require me to give Curve a lengthy non-renewal notice in advance of the anniversary date if I decide to switch.  

I would like to have a notes function that is specific to certain aspects of the patient's chart - such as billing or appointment notes (i.e. patient can come in earlier).

I do wish there was a way to make certain fields of patient forms "Required" and that the self scheduling could be pulled from a block of rooms rather than one room as we often overlap and forget to block off the room it pulls from.

Insurance processing, insurance claims, when you place Sub on  ID where and print the claim, it puts the social security #.

It's impossible to reach the billing department. If you call (and it's not a product demo or purchase) you get directed to leave a voicemail and in my experience I didn't get a response for 24 hours (but suddenly did after saying I'd be writing about my experience on social media). If you update your credit card online, you are automatically charged in US dollars.

Lack of ability to total each provider columns for daily totals so each provider knows if they are close to goals.

there are plenty of useful parts too Curve i do find the way families are linked isn't the best you should be able to do a notes that go into all familes if it pertains to them.

Cost was very high and they charged for everything on top of the monthly fee if you needed to add a Dr. to the practice and have an extra user there was a cost.

We've ran into the same problem multiple times with xrays not connecting or IO cameras.

It's not a bad software but I just feel like it should have more options to  "customize" for each practice needs.

The appointments, the check out process is quick for the front desk, the integrations flow is quick and easy.

Getting the insurance billing mastered took some time which caused a lag in insurance reimbursement.  

It does not make logical sense to be able to have a debit & a credit on the same account at the same time.

The profile head of house hold indication is a bit clunky with respect to the billing.

The training was not great and all remote.  

It is pretty difficult to speak to someone after you are live; mostly you just have to text a concern and hope for a resolution.

It is confusing for patients, difficult for staff to navigate, and the whole process has been quite frustrating.

It really adds up after a few years and becomes difficult to locate amongst hundreds of letters.
