Although the basic DOX software is much older, it seems more comprehensive in the areas of account management, estimating co-pays for patients with various insurances, photos archiving and ease of use.  

It takes up extra time that could be better used contacting the next patient.

It was great to experience another software but from a lot of office ive worked for they didnt like how old school it seemed.

Seemed more old school verses Eaglesoft being more modern.
