The software send calls and texts to 150 of my clients at 2am and offered no explanation or consideration.

The training offered was insufficient: generic, basic, did not address our specialty’s workflow or busy-practice realities.

Even worse, canceling the contract is almost impossible, trapping you in a system that doesn’t work.

Every aspect — design, functionality, service, and communication — feels broken.

Someday it might be a good software platform when it is fully developed. But as of today non of the actual financial numbers from provider production to billing can be trusted.
