My favorite part of the program is the survey generator, it is an older DOS logic set up but once you learn it's quirks it is really useful.

I don't have to call often, but when I do have questions the support team is always fast, friendly and very helpful.

We now have clever underwriters who write out things, or apply ded to one service and not another, or copay to one service and co insurance to another.

EZBIS may not be as attractive of a product or as well known as other chiropractic softwares, but it far exceeds all other options out there in regard to functionality and customer service.

New additions cost monthly.   That I can't access my system away from the office without losing my desktop.

I can't say enough good things about the support they offer.

I like that billing, insurance and scheduling is all in the same program and connected together.

We have to use the portal intake function and still give them papers to complete.

I don’t typically like change, so expensive updates were a bit challenging to navigate, but customer service was there all the way.

Whenever we have had software issues, we are able to call EZ Bis and someone is always able to fix the problem.

I like that there is an app that I can check our schedule while on the go.

Easy business system is quite robust and is capable of doing a lot of things that I haven't been aware of in the past, and probably I'm still not aware of.

They even help train you when you hire a new employee if you need.

This has helped with out retention and patient compliance.

SOAP note taking is outdated, normal values are incorrect, ease of use is poor.
