What is EZBIS?

E-Z BIS is a web-based electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software that offers features such as billing services, appointment management, and patient records management. Two different editions of the product are available – E-Z BIS Office for large clinics and E-Z BIS Basic for smaller practices. The product also offers two add-on modules, namely, Front Desk and Electronic Health Records, to help with appointment scheduling and documentation, respectively.

EZBIS offers uniquely-designed software package for chiropractic practice management. Unlike all other programs available today, EZBIS is modular in design. This means that you can choose the combination of features that best fits the needs of your practice. The complete EZBIS Office combines all available modules to provide a complete practice management solution, including everything that is needed for billing, collections, scheduling, electronic health record and even a patient self-check-in module.

EZBIS Office provides everything that a chiropractic practice needs for effective and efficient treating of patients and running the front desk and back office. EZBIS office is SCALABLE too, so it is perfect for any sized practice, from a solo practitioner all the way to multi-doctor and multi-location operations. This comprehensive package offers advanced features such as automatic appointment reminders, auto-posting of insurance payments, cash payment plans, integrated credit card processing, online patient portal, high-tech human body illustrations for in the electronic health records, coordinated scheduling changes between the EHR and the Front Desk, user-defined layout in the EHR for doctors to see exactly the information they need when treating patients and much, much more.

For those doctors who either are participating in the Merit-based Incentive Program (MIPS), EZBIS Office is ONC-certified under the latest 2015-Edition of certification.

Pros
Their customer service is the best. I haven't had to wait long for help and they are always able to help me with everything very quickly.
I like that it is user friendly and easy to use. The customer service is spectacular, helpful and goes above and beyond to help.
We have been with EZBIS for over 20 years I believe and any time we had issues, they were resolved quickly. Again, I love the fact the software is easy to use and train staff on.
Cons
IT put me out of business and lost thousands to unpaid claims continuing to be lost is the "system. Started back in years later and went cash and haven't looked back.
The inability to use the automated messaging because we have call lists that cant be excluded.
Often when there is an update another problem occurs or something has changed that is cumbersome. We have used EZBIS every since it was a DOS program.
