After the initial phone conversations and product review, I begged to stay with EZBis. The entire company is amazing to work with and makes my job run smoothly and well as our clinic.

Often when there is an update another problem occurs or something has changed that is cumbersome. We have used EZBIS every since it was a DOS program.

Only downside is we have a cash practice and cannot give a HCFA receipt on the day of service right to the patient.

EZBis has the features that I enjoyed the most, and they keep upgrading and innovating via client suggestions.

Overall, EZBis is a very easy platform to learn, implement, and use. I have used it before in years past and just purchased the entire platform late in 2020, and I am still learning all the features.

I now have to use a separate schedule because its down or not working more often than not. The bank for processing payments is piss poor so we can’t even use it.

To begin the software is very user friendly and has a great interface. The favorite feature from our office is the era payments for the patients DOS.

The cloud based software and customization are my favorites. The included text message appointment reminders are an amazing feature that is no additional cost like some EHR software.

I was very resistant to listening to a "sales pitch", but am very glad the representative was able to get through to me. He said the platform was made for doctors like me in mind.

I even gave them notice to stop billing but they won't stop because of the contract. I wish I had taken the bad reviews more seriously.
