The product itself is great. It does the job if used correctly.

Myself and my team enjoyed the transition over to EMARRS. The medication administration function is smooth and easy to learn.

It provides a clear snapshot of important management information which can be used to quickly analyse data and correct anything that needs attention.

In previous years of working with Paper mars, the e-mar is much more efficient. Smaller chance of errors with missed medications or missed residents.

One benefit of digitalising medication management has led to being able to review data in real-time, enabling remote medicine use reviews between Home, GP and Pharmacy improving patient outcomes during restricted access due to Covid 19 prevention protocol.

The product itself is great. It does the job if used correctly.  The people behind the scenes supping the product and the customers are fabulous and don't get the credit they deserve. 
Other software firms focus on sales. They forget product development and they certainly skimp on support. This doesn't happen with MED eCare.

Our overall experience has been positive. It is sometimes hard to get prompt response from support when there is a problem, but this seems to be slowly improving over the last year.
Having used another eMAR system in concurrence, we appreciate how much easier this e-MAR is, how smoothly the integration usually works, and there are less steps for pharmacists and assistants involved as compared to other platforms.
We have had a positive response after a software update changed the refill functionality to be very confusing and time consuming. After our complaints, a change was made in a timely manner that was much more user friendly. There has been an increase in their responsiveness to requests in the last few years.

Overall experience is fantastic using e-Mar.  In previous years of working with Paper mars, the e-mar is much more efficient.  Smaller chance of errors with missed medications or missed residents. Saves time with not needing to check and double check the paper mar orders at the end of every month to be sure everything is on the new months paper mar.
