The lag when hovering around the schedule - it often gets stuck and is hard to remove the pop up window that will get stuck on someone else's appointment.

My team experiences system errors probably at least once a week. The errors or slow downs may occur once or it may occur over the course of a few hours.

We have had trouble, not sure if its the software or internet, but it will kick you off during the afternoon hours. This happened frequently for a while but now is down to just a few times a month.

Not universal for all PT conditions and was not able to be medicare compliant due to inability to fax documents.

Once you get used to it there is ease at working it. From other billing software that I have seen this is by far easier to maneuver through and find where and what you need to be doing.
