The lag when hovering around the schedule - it often gets stuck and is hard to remove the pop up window that will get stuck on someone else's appointment.

There is poor organization of treatment techniques and not enough choices of measures for adult Neuro functional skills or those available are poorly worded.

This EMR is comprehensive and compliant with most insurance companies. The webinars that they host are great and up-to-date.

Optimis does a good job of showing a running tally of how much money has been billed to a patient's insurance. Optimis' .pdf notes are clear, well organized, and easy to read.
