The lag when hovering around the schedule - it often gets stuck and is hard to remove the pop up window that will get stuck on someone else's appointment.

I have never in my life worked with such idiotic people or criminals. They bill you outrageously for things they don't even have yet.

Horrible customer support. They had an update on their system on 11/05/19 and system keep failing since then.

Allscripts can be used as a stand alone prescribing tool. It does not integrate with our practice management software unfortunately (We use MyClientsPlus) but it works great for what we need it for.
