MedEz has made a big difference in our revenue cycle and the ease of submitting claims to payors is helpful. I wish there was a better or easier way to attach remittances.

It would also be great when the ability to verify benefits and eligibility is available as this will make a difference in patient management and revenue.

The RCM was extremely damaging, and it certainly feels as if they're being punitive for our decision to discontinue their management of our billing.

They are a great group to work with. The software works great and the support is over the top.

Customer Service and support. They offer RCM, but did a terrible job and when we moved in-house, they removed the RCM features.
