NGO limits other platforms from integrating using API.  

The Patient Portal is terribly unfriendly to the patients and staff alike.

We struggle to understand why NGO doesn't invest time into pushing this more open, but the "preferred partners" have access.  

It was still extremely heavy, but they allowed you to have templates which helped somewhat.

Processing time was very slow, it freezes a lot and made it longer to do almost anything

One of my favorite features is how you can set access and abilities for each user and their specific role/responsibilities.

Then support (like all other support departments) move on because the problem is "fixed".  

Medical staff and providers also have to be retrained to get familiar with the new features / options.
