Not having space, you run the risk of taping (touch screen) the wrong prewritten phrase.

Comparatively inexpensive to others on the market and since we were already, and for many years using Office Ally as a clearing house, the streamlined connection to the EHR made sense.

So I have to save where I am, go see what I want to see, copy if necessary and go back to the SOAP.

It did take me a minute to understand the need to label documents clearly for their content.

It would be much easier to adapt documents using a MS Word format.

My experience is primarily using the EHR 24/7 is with Medicaid patients.

Any training can be scheduled at our convenience and without interruption to patient encounters.

We cycled through several EHRs for small practices and my staff and I agree this one has been the best in terms of ease of use, responsiveness of support staff, integration with practice management, and simplicity of interface.

Overall excellent customer service with tech support, but the folks that run the immunization registry are the least helpful.

It saves you time and hassle by automating the booking process and reducing the risk of human errors or double bookings.

Also trying to communicate with the people who fix the templates is not good. When we do get a training, sometimes the trainer talks too fast and goes through it too fast.

Overall the system is a cost effective EHR and can be made to work in a chiropractic setting, but it does feel like work arounds are needed.
