The video window is very small in the portal and it makes it challenging for the client to see documents when I am sharing my screen with them.

I do not like that the telehealth video window cannot be opened in a separate tab or enlarged.

This platform is very helpful as a new online health and wellness business owner and is quite affordable.

grocery list is in grams but a lot of foods in the store don't have grams listed but rather oz so that can be a bit tiresome to factor.

Sometimes the interface appears a little basic so when I first used it I wasn't sure how it would measure up against the competition, however I've come to see it's more like a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Not much I dislike about it, there are just some features I'd love to see like the ability to modify a grocery shopping list so I can manually simplify it or the ability to only see portions that have been pre-approved by an individual and not see a portion that makes no sense because it's in a foreign language or a weird 99gr rather than a round number, but that's just my OCD :)

Some of the recipes are not quite accurate in places - either with ingredients or name of dish.

I'm still discovering the range of customisation which, once set up, is making me more efficient day-to-day.

The export feature makes it easy for you to include it in your reporting.

They also have a help database that covers almost all your questions.  

Very clean interface and ability to create client accounts.

Nutriadmin has been our go to for 5+ years for clients seeking meal plans.  

That I could not have their support staff give me one-on-one tutorials :)

I like that you can make it personal to you as a nutritionist and add all of your own recipes in, love how user friendly it is for the clients and the attention to detail (giving them things like the macronutrients breakdown and shopping list, a place to put comments etc)

I like how I can create different forms related to my business and packages.

I can use the color codes for menus, calendar set up, having the quantity of  clients and setting up online payments and so many to mention.

No mobile app available for clients and them having to log in every single time to access their plans, lack activity trackers, lack of option to track clients macros, poor auto generated plans, recipe database not made to use single portions ( extra work to make single servings - not using the future because if it)

What I like most about this software is that you can create a personal portal for every client and that I am able to personalize diet plans with my own recipes or import it from any website.  

The option to search for a meal plan (among my previously designed meal plans) that contains specific food items instead of having to go through all meal plans in order to find the one that I am looking for.

As a Sports Nutritionist who customizes recipes for client, I appreciate the food library and how easy it is to put together a recipe and quickly assess caloric, macronutrient, and micronutrient content.

Platform is glitchy, and there are issues with meal plans and recipes

The meal planning feature has been improved but still not great for what I am looking for--I think there could be more recipe options to choose from and some use ingredients (e.g., persimmon) that many of my clients are not familiar with or cannot easily find at local grocery stores.
