Nutritics is a provider of several online nutrition and diet analysis products, tailored to meet specific needs within the food industry. Available on a SaaS basis, each Nutritics pricing plan provides cloud-based deployment, automatic data backup, 256bit SSL security and access to an expanding food information database.
The various editions start with Health (Nutritics Professional) for healthcare practices where nutritional intake needs to be tuned and optimized to support recovery. Standard features include storage of client details with calculation of nutrition and energy requirements, recipe analysis, unlimited food additions, meal plan creation, dietary logging and reporting etc.
Sports Edition (Nutritics Performance) then adds a “sports pack” for logging activity and setting exercise specific nutrition targets, while Foodservice Edition (Nutritics Insight) gives caterers cost analysis and real time allergen indicators.
A Manufacturer & Suppler Edition (Nutritics Foodmaker) offers a similar solution geared to food product development, labeling and versioning, before University Edition (Nutritics Education) aids the academic teaching of food and sports-related sciences.
All packages go on to include customizable branding and Dietary Reference Values, simultaneous access for multiple users, and the ability to export report data to Microsoft Excel.
Alongside, Nutritics is supported by the LIBRO native smartphone app for iOS and Android devices which can currently only be used by invite from an accredited nutrition professional. The app features an AI-powered personalized voice assistant that combines with barcode scanning capabilities for logging food consumption. LIBRO's unique memory system then makes automatic suggestions on what has been eaten prior, based on meal occasion and timing etc. Mobile users are then able to check progress against daily nutritional targets, refer to photos when choosing the healthiest portion sizes and get dietary feedback with general nutritional facts.
