the original service I subscribed to was QeuDr, which was technology that automatically filled cancelled appointments by texting patients who are on the schedule in the future to ask if they would like to come in earlier.

For one year, I spoke with representatives in a one hour zoom call every other week, sent multiple emails about issues each week, submitted cases about errors with examples, etc. Despite the amount of detail and examples for each error, the customer support that would respond to submitted cases would respond with an answer that seemed like we were talking about a completely different thing.

The implementation of Phreesia provided a lot of value to our practices.   As our patients and staff needs evolve, Phreesia allows us to be agile and adapt to those needs in a timely manner.

There are a couple gaps between Veradigm PM and eHR that Phreesia still does not span for us.  

This is a "gotcha " clause which I missed, but I expected some consideration since I have nbeen a client and I was only 13 days over the auto-renewal.

Right now, patients make an appointment request through a phreesia custom form and we manually add that appointment into our EMR.

Very negative overall, looks like a good idea, looks like it would be worth to put effort on getting it to work, but it fails due to cumbersome implementation.

The intake pad when patients would arrive was very user friendly.
