If you have a clinic of more than one practitioner I do not recommend using this booking system. While the price is inexpensive there are constant glitches that will change booking settings, the reminders will remind of appointments on the wrong date, and you soon realize that you get what you paid for.

They are fast and easy to deal with customer service wise, they transferred all of my clients over with no extra mark-up- and when I had trouble navigating the site and working out the links they sent me a personalized video ironing out the problem in MINUTES.

The app doesn’t have a way to write client notes so I either need to have a laptop at my office or wait until I get home to enter notes.

ClinicSense is very helpful overall, but one scheduling drawback stands out. When clients go to book, they often default to a 60-minute massage. If a 60-minute slot doesn’t fit, the system shows me as unavailable — even though I might have room for a 30- or 45-minute session.

For example, rather than use the excellent electronic note keeping system for client records, (soap notes,) I prefer to make a printout of a client file and write notes with a pen.

Alos would like clients to be scheduled out reoccurring and otherwise more than a year as they need to be updated and that is very time consuming.

I have used other booking sites and some didn't have the option to do the notes online for clients.

There is not a lot of flexibility in making changes to the look of the home page.  

Second, writing SOAP notes on mobile can be a bit difficult. While notes can be entered through the website, it’s not very smooth on a phone.
