Pros
I like the ease of use, the reminders are great and the system of communications is very good too. My clients are well informed about their appointments and invoices.
I love everything about this software. I am not the greatest when it comes to computers and Clinic sense was super easy and user friendly.
I was particularly impressed with how quickly and seamlessly the team made important updates to help us integrate new Covid-19 protocols and procedures.
Cons
Some clients are missing the text reminders I pay for and therefore miss visits which is costly. The operators of the system do try to fix glitches expediently.
The mobile app is not the easiest to use and I’ve had a few issues with clients emails not working.
This may sound petty, but the invoices you get out of the system look like they were designed by a frustrated teenager. They don't look professional at all, which is a shame.

improved care planning

The patient records are more secure and the file organization has improved, the management of making appointments is much simpler for the client and I can do it from the comfort of their home and at any time view the hours that are available for reservations about appointments, I liked working with ClinicSense everything is simple

Pros

ClinicSense has made my planning with each patient more precise in appointments and monitoring their health with the files already entered to have everything in one place very quickly to visualize their process, from scheduling appointments to the day of the appointment and your health monitoring process is more organized to keep track of.

Cons

From my experience I have never had system failures or information collapses that did not load at the time of viewing.

Easy to use, best Massage Therapy management tool I've seen.

I have been with clinicsense for some time and have only experienced its platform getting better and easier to use. I was so happy about it during and throughout the pandemic as adding extra forms and health information was easily accessible and we can continue to edit forms and messages which is fantastic.

Pros

I love how easy it is to click and use. The widget was easy to add to my website and the link to Facebook. I like the look and feel and that I can manage how much information the therapist and front end can view from shared profiles. I can see everything from my account- Revenue, sales tax, etc. divided by therapist making payroll a breeze.

Cons

I don't feel the mobile version is the best yet. I would like to access reports and such from the app and be able to use the back button without logging out. I also would like to have better access to how the soap notes are inputted as this is not something we currently use. but we are moving closer to paper-free.

Mainly suitable for massage therapy clinics

Pros

It effectively covers most of the informational clinical works for massage therapy clinics. It's simple and inexpensive.

Cons

-Batch retrieving clients' treatment notes is a pain. -No client account data exporting facility for bookkeeping software such as Microsoft Money. -The Bluefin feature made me lost quite a bit of money. -It's not very suitable for multi-discipline clinics which have other professional operations such as chiropractor, osteopath, etc.

Thank you for the feedback. We have dropped Bluefin as a payment partner (but those already signed up can continue to use that integration). Most of our customers prefer our integration with Stripe and we're now exploring Square as an additional partner. Many of our customers are multi-disciplinary and find ClinicSense is a great solution, especially with the flexibility of the SOAP notes. Overall it has been simple to use and the feedback I received from many clients is very positive. The online booking is what they liked the best.

Pros

The price point. Itoffers many features that I use everyday.

Cons

It is missing a feature for me, wait list. Buti understand it will be added in the future.

I love clinicsense. It works well for my business. I love that they are always improving it.

Pros

I love the customer service the best. There is a lot of things I really like about ClinicSense but the customer service is top notch

Cons

That you can just jump to next available appointment and with multiple therapists this would be a useful addition. Although they are always making it better so I am sure that this will be happening soon enough. I also don't like the price increase because it has gone up quite a bit from when I started. I am not saying it's not worth it, it's been a heavy increase especially with multiple practitioners in our practice.
