Schedule II-V e-prescribe along with multi-specialty EMR platform with reasonable price. No EMR can beat them.
Had technical issue year ago that ruined my vacation; just need to escalate technical issues quicker, especially on long-standing clients. Obviously I stood by them.

Overall RXNT is a great product
Interfaces seamlessly with our EMR, never had problems
Sign up and certification was a little difficult in the beginning

The ease of use! It is very easy to use and is user friendly.
It does not interface with our EMR well. When I write an RX from RXNT, it does not show up on my EMR as a prescribed medication

I have used several Rx products over the last 15 to 20 years and RXNT Beats them all. When you get to the price it is mind boggling affordable.
Inexpensive, simple to use, recall of prior use data, remote prescribing from smart phone.
None, the product is easy to use. We only use it for Rx so I can’t speak to the EMR module performance. It doesn’t integrate directly with the EMR we currently use. But the RXNT team did transition our patient database to the software without difficulty.

We were with them for many years, AS THEY GREW THEIR PROCESS TO IMPLEMENT CHANGE AND NOT CUSTOMIZE PER PROVIDER REALLY IMPACTED BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROVIDERS. WE WERE NOT THE PRIORITY - BIG ISSUES WITH DUPLICATE PTS BY PHARMACY AND NOT ABILITY TO STOP IT.
MDs liked EMR except when duplicate charts were created- simple but major changes without notice and printing different types of encounters was painful.
Crashes, ERA posting in error not doing adjustments, duplicate charts from pharmacy created, claim scrubbing gets stuck, slow in billing and scheduler

Cost is the only redeeming factor, along with bundled payment system
Difficult to set up billing properly, still issues after 2 years, EMR is not intuitive and incessantly and unnecessarily difficult. Extremely glitchy. Poor overall

I have had a great experience, I love how easy it is to use and they are constantly improving.
I like how easy this program is to use. My favorite feature is integration with my current EMR program. It makes entering and verifying current medications very streamlined.
Sometimes I wish it was easier to see if there are new meds for a patient, similar to when medications are discontinued.

No need for a paper script to be obtained, medications can be filled 24/7
With the new updates, patient's and their information are easily found. New orders and refills are easy to place and send to pharmacies. Billing information auto fills after initial script is sent.
Needing to know the size or weight of a medication being sent in a tube, i.e. lidocaine. The RXNT program does not communicate with the operating program my company uses for EMR

I've utilized several billing packages over the years in my private medical practice. More recently, we started with Kareo and it was problematic. While searching for e-prescribing solutions I came across RxNT and we enrolled for the entire package. My biller--who has experience with many systems--loves the system. Kareo just about broke the practice as it took 3 months to get enrolled with Medicare. With Kareo, it's taken 2-3 weeks. Customer service is outstanding; when submitting a problem you will generally get an answer the same day and often within an hour or two.
Easy of use Customer service Price
The EMR is a bit cumbersome but we will be using another system. But for PM RxNT has been terrific. e-Prescribing software prohibitively expensive if looking to integrate with other software

I am able to have an EMR without big expense. This allows me to chart without paper on the few patients that I see outside my usual ED practice.
I have to say the price since my practice that I use RXNT for is very small. I mostly work in a rural ED. I have to say also that it was fairly easy to learn (we are on Epic in the ED).
Really, nothing that I felt negative about. I do have some trouble navigating when I have not used RXNT for several days.

Price point, easy of use, prescriptions produced fairly easily, clinicians tend to say the product works well for psychiatry.
RxNT does not integrate with primary care and Profiler EHR/EMR. The system is more ancillary and will likely be eliminated by Dr. First with Profiler EHR that integrates well with Profiler.

Scrip writing is all we use it for, and that has been good. It's one fed requirement that I think has been positive for us. We do not use the EMR.
Good interface. It's nice to have all my prescribing data in one place, easily found.
Too much demographic data required for a simple prescription, and website can get pretty slow sometimes.

I've been using RxNT for years and have also used other EMR based prescription tools. RxNT is straight forward, efficient and so easy to use. The support is quick and helpful...and you get to talk to a human being without huge waits and phone trees.

Very usable for an individual or practice. Saves time and frustration and improves RX monitoring ease.
A nurse can load the prescriptions saving a huge amount of time. If everyone in the practice uses it, you have a handy and portable record of what Rxs were sent when for how many which is invaluable on evenings and weekends and probably quicker than getting into the EMR or state controlled substance monitoring program.
A few pharmacies are not signed up. Surprisingly, even many small local pharmacies are connected with this program. A second con is this program cannot yet be used to write and then fax anything that needs to be put onto a prescription, such as off work notes, order for a wheelchair, etc

RxNT has been a nice change from my old EMR overall! Price is low, and having a phone app is key. Prescribing refills between appointments, last minute Rx changes after patients call in with a problem, and prescribing stimulants, are all much easier now! The key features I need to keep my practice moving have improved.
Cost for available services / features is great. Prescribing app is FANTASTIC - can send refills or new prescriptions easily from phone, and also see any signed notes if you have questions to consult before prescribing.
Notes - many drop downs, and hard to scroll between drop downs, rather than being broken up into sections on side bar that you can easily click through.

In a rural area there are some gliches that take some work to iron out. However I feel this would be true for any EMR that one has to use through cable or dish. There are some tricks to make documentation of repeat visits much faster. The fact that one can do this with this system is fantastic. I have been using it for over a year now in a small rural practice and have finally gotten it down to a science. The customer support is fantastic. As with all systems there are times that things do not work right. The tech department lets you know and them follows up to tell you when everything is a go again. Frankly, for the money one cannot go wrong with this product.
