We did call them to help up set up better text message reactivations and sales messages and they set up a meeting to SHOW us how to do it ourselves.  

Sometimes the software gets confused when we add in a same day appointment. Because of that, the patient gets an additional text and they get confused.

This program has automated our systems—I know that “calls” are being made and missed appointments are followed up on.

It helps with patient retention by sending a text when people haven't been in for an appointment in a while.

Sometimes the appointment text reminders do not go out and that causes some no shows since patients rely on those reminders.

Appointment scheduling online glitches sometimes.

I love that it automates the referral asking process.  

They will promise you that everything is very simple and straightforward. Once you sign up, you will realize that their definition of integrates is that you have to download reports, edit them, upload them, and address the labels correctly.
