It makes scheduling, charting, contact and glasses ordering, finances, and pretty much everything in our office super simple and organized!

Additionally, RevEHR allows me to easily keep track of all the glasses we have in stock and what we have sold recently.

Moving from one section of an exam to another often requires multiple clicks, which can feel tedious during a busy clinic day.

Revolution EHR keeps our orders for glasses and contact lenses very organized, making it easy to refer back to old orders if need be.

We saw the opportunity to send a story or share, but weren't sure how to respond.

I like that most things in the exams are customizable.   Once you figure out that the green plus does the same thing on various levels, you are golden.

It doesn't feel like a "repurposed" general medical EHR.

The "Click" Factor: It is notoriously "click-heavy."

Too much clicking to get to different screens and customization can get confusing with how things are named.

The lack of insight for what the practitioner needs and the unwillingness to take any steps to improve core functions that are advertised as .

There are so many small tweaks we have asked for that are sent to the development team and we never hear back why they aren't implemented.  

The other thing I have always appreciated, is that they are constantly making improvements to their product, and they listen to their customers about changes or add-ons they would like to see.
