Our recommendations for improvements to hide our financial and billing information from therapists and other recommendations fell on deaf ears.  

We feel this software is not a good fit for us, a therapist-owned and ran start-up therapy practice.

Overall, our experience with Systems4PT was horrible, time-consuming, and not intuitive, simple, nor streamlined enough for us.

All of our forms are costume and we still have to have a transcriptions fill in some of our customizable initial evaluation because the info doesn't transfer into the customized template.

We switched to HENO because we wanted the billing service and a robust system. While it is a robust system, we had a few issues that made it difficult to use at times.

For example, they would call one of our payers and just take the standard answer they got instead of investigating whether what the rep said was actually true.

Our business model changed to where we decided not to use insurance, and we realized we were paying for expensive software that we weren't even using 60% or more of its functionality. And just like [SENSITIVE CONTENT], when we approached the company to try and find a solution, asking if we could be released from the contract without refund, they said no, you signed a contract and you must pay the entire amount due for the entire term up front if you want to end your relationship with HENO.

Customer service is 2nd to no one with amazing communication starting from 1st demo to full clinic implementation.

Customer support was unavailable to work with us on this in a timely fashion, which ended up putting us in a significant cash-flow pinch.

I did not ask for a refund, only to be let out of the contract, however they held fast, and will not budge.
