TallyFlex is an ABA data collection app that works where practitioners actually work - during live sessions, in classrooms, on home visits, and anywhere with spotty internet. It runs on iOS, Android, web, and Chromebooks with full offline support that syncs automatically when reconnected.

Practitioners collect data using all nine standard recording methods: frequency with tally counter, duration and latency timers, partial and whole interval recording, percent correct with prompt tracking, ABC data, task analysis with configurable prompt hierarchies, and momentary time sampling. Data entry is designed for one hand - tap to record, long-press to revert mistakes, switch between up to 10 student sessions without closing anything.

The new hierarchical Programs feature (launched March 2026) organizes tracking around Programs, Goals, and Targets - the standard structure in ABA treatment planning. A Template Library with 104 curated templates across 10 domains accelerates setup. Cross-Client Copy lets practitioners clone tracker configurations between clients while automatically stripping protected health information.

Analysis happens automatically. TallyFlex generates progress charts, 14-day trend dashboards with sparklines, heat maps for task analysis, prompt distribution charts, and mastery pipeline tracking. Reports export to CSV, XLSX, and PDF. Trend analysis uses linear regression, coefficient of variation, and NAP effect size calculations.

Teams collaborate in real time with unlimited staff accounts, role-based access, and shared client data. Schools benefit from FERPA compliance, per-student pricing, and Chromebook-first design.
