Additionally, the patient record system for processing payments needs improvement to facilitate easier payment collection. Since we are already being charged for the system and other fees, I don't understand why there are additional charges for collecting payments.

As Tebra grows I want to see the development of individual user tools and tracking. While many of our projects are base on team collaboration, some more nuance projects require individuals to work on sensitive, protected information.

I gave it 1 star down for not having a "patient intake form" alert to reflect that the forms were sent and received back - instead you have to navigate all the way to engage to find out.

Calendar appointments are often inaccurate, and the mobile app does not sync reliably, which means appointments frequently do not appear in the app.

There isn't a way to create minor portal access for parents, so since I see whole families, parents are having to create a new email account for each child.

Clean design, patient portal, online scheduling, intake forms, my onboarding manager [sensitive content hidden]-

You can't sync your patient schedule to your personal schedule, and the mobile app and the web app schedules don't sync.

Occasionally, I’d like to see more customization options for reporting, especially when pulling credentialing data for payers.

The support that Tebra provides to its customers is beyond top notch, they have never waivered in exploring and networking to find an answer to a question or locating who has what is needed to solve a problem.

Tebra makes data entry very easy and a breeze, not only getting patients data entered, but also with billing and claims.

Regarding the rejected claim notifications, there should be an easier way to understand why a claim was rejected and how to resolve the issue.

Wish they had more templates and forms that can be easily altered/edited to suite my business needs.

Medications don't populate under the right diagnoses. If you want them to, then you can't send multiple prescriptions at a time.

The experience of calling customer services looks like- inconsistent levels of experience, half the time like talking to a bot who barely understands the EMR at a basic level.

Messaging functions are also inconsistent — for example, patients do not always receive cancellation notifications.

On a day to day basis, Tebra meets the need of my practice without any hassles and makes my day run so much better and more efficiently.

There isn't a way to share test documents and upload them to the test results.

Our overall experience with Tebra has been nothing but positive, from the onboarding experience to the ease of communicating with patients and receiving payments from patients and insurance companies.

This has taken our monthly payment from $300 per month to about $1700 per month for the past four months.

This program is so straight forward and well rounded to cover all areas of our practice that I can't think of anything other than maybe staying open a bit later than 4 pm.

We switched our EMR provider who had integrated billing and we no longer were in need of Tebra's services.

Our office has 1 physician specialist, and we do everything in house including billing.  

Tebra University as a support and training tool is invaluable and always available to help us navigate what is new to us.

We have been using Tebra (formerly Kareo) since we opened our clinic in 2020, going on to 6 yrs now and loving it for multiple reasons:

The system can't really be used with your phone. When they try to imrpove the system it becomes progressively worse.

Each time I email I get a quick response and when I have called in for customer service, I get a call back within a couple of minutes.

It excellent for billing but would be helpful if your charges for front desk logins are not charged so we could use it for collecting payments etc

The administrators lack knowledge in setting up the ERAs and EDIs and they rely only on a few "specialists" who barely communicate with the clients. When they open a "ticket," they close the cases without actually solving the problem.

Our practice was losing a lot of money when billing was outsourced to a third party!  

It is also difficult to have a telehealth-only practice in multiple states.

The other half you get someone good, who problems solves with you but ultimately cannot fix the issue & has to summit a case.
