InSync for group mental health practice

Great fit for our business!

InSync has been wonderful with walking us through each step in the process and working with us to implement every request we have made.  The trainer was was very personable, knowledgeable and made sure all of our questions were answered before moving on to the next aspect of the training.   Transitioning from paper medical record charts to the EHR has been seamless and although we have just begun to bill through the system it appears to be everything we need all in one system.  

EHR Fills our need for secure medical records

We have LOVE using Qualifacts InSync. The meet all the marks from clinical, administrative, RCM, and integrations. They are continuing to add new features and tools every quarter. I have previously used TheraNest, Valant, TherapyNotes, and Lauris.

Best EHR for Behavioral Health

Overall the experience has been very positive. We had been using an EHR for 8 years prior to inSync.  We were looking  to make changes when we found inSync. inSync has not only been a useful EHR tool, but the transition from the former to inSync has gone very smoothly. inSync has been able to migrate data for over 12,000 patients effeciently with no interruption in providing clinical services.  The whole transition was very smooth. Implementation was extremely helpful throughout the process. 

Now we are using a much improved EHR at reduced cost from our previous EHR!

It is better than other platforms I have used, but it is far from the best and is too expensive and underdelivers on its hype and promise.

What used to be a relatively supportive relationship has turned into what feels like a one-up versus one-down relationship. I would not recommend their current mode of operation to anyone.

I highly recommend the product and implementation team.[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough and very friendly.

Her positive positive attitude helped reduce sense of anxiety and overwhelm throughout the process.  She made herself very available and often went above and beyond with her customer service!

Excellent product and Superb Support/Training

Worst, most time consuming and ineffective EHR I have worked with. And I have worked with many including in hospitals, private organizations and for the government. I would gladly go bad to any previous EHR just to avoid working any longer with InSync. This does NOT function well for the providers at our clinic using it. It has been a frequent and regular source of complaint

I felt that the company representatives cared about making the product fit our company, not just us learning the product.  The implementation specialist was awesome and our trainer was fabulous!

The RCM team of [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] have been OUTSTANDING!!!  They have been responsive and helpful from the beginning and have made our transition to an EHR and billing seamless.

Overall the experience was outstanding with the assistance that we received from [SENSITIVE CONTENT].  The company is quick to respond to issues and solve the problems that we have encountered.  So far this has been a huge move up from our past EHR Compulink.

Improvement 

It has a lot of features that other EHR softwares just don't have.  The features are integrated into the software and ultimately make me more efficient with scheduling, charting, prescribing, and billing duties.

This product came with a lot of promises that were not delivered on. They did not support appropriate implementation within the company which lead to a very difficult transition between EHR services

The people at INSYNC make a huge difference. The support has been great, they are based in the USA and always responsive. Our Implementation specialist [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been amazing and has continued to provide top notch support when needed. He did a great job getting the foundations of our system set so transitioning was smooth. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] were helpful getting the billing side of things set up. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] did a great job during launch week. We are now implementing their RCM services to further enhance our financials. 

INSYNC Implementation for Behavioral Health Practice. 

The building and launch process has been great.  I had a weekly meeting with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] that was driven by what we needed as a practice.  Everything was individualized for our practice.  If there was an area that insync didn't have she took notes to pass on for possible enhancements later on.

While we had always done our billing electronically, the EHR was a big switch for our practice we loved that we had an Implementation Specialist who worked with us to get set up and was responsive to our questions and needs.

Too New to Totally Review but So Far Going Well

The software just works. There are very few glitches and overall it is clearly engineered to be fast to use. The EHR part for providers and nurses/assistants is fantastic and much quicker than anything I've used outpatient before.
