It made going from paper charting and billing to EHR very easy with the instructional videos and verbal phone assistance offered initially, and it is irreplaceable to have all of the billing sent out with the press of a button to one clearinghouse, and then have it return via ERA's from one clearinghouse for review then application into Valant's EMR.

Valant eventually gave us the number of a liason to call  in times like these because there were so many incidents of the system going out or lagging to the point of being unusable, but this person has no idea what is going on and has never been helpful and will only sometimes respond to his emails.

Customer service is a joke, I have spent over an hour trying to get help and when I finally got a person they had me on hold for another half and hour. When she came back on the phone and transferred me it went back to the start and I waited for another 15 minutes before I gave up.
