I think the features list is so extensive and would help many chiropractic offices with their admin needs, as well.

It can handle locations.   But I feel it is slightly less than robust for a big multi Dic clinic.  

It has the toys that come with cloud systems like email and txt communication.

It’s intuitive, reliable, and clearly designed with real-world PT workflows in mind.

It was a little easier to use for patients online, patients find it difficult to create an account online

There was a bug or update that changed a function I was once able to use.

It has everything I need to run my office and more.

Willing to listen to us for improvements and they are always improving and the support is great!  

Importing all of our patient demographics was a breeze on our team. Once I was able to send the customer service team our CSV file it was uploaded in the new software within 48hrs.

The system is slow and often down. If have issues have to email support.

I wish there was more reporting options, but I have not reported this yet as I've found work-arounds.

I want to just click and add and not type or speak and spell.

I can bill insurances directly from the system but also have the flexibility to develop the cash-based side of the practice within the EMR.

We chose zHealth for that and I like that I can complete my notes from anywhere and that I can see my schedule from my phone.

They don't have scrolling in many boxes that should get scrolling and so you have to scroll up and down to complete some aspects of notes and information.  

They promise to fully customize the software SOAP notes and the patient digital intake was the enticing sales pitch.

The developer doesn't believe thoracic extension exists. If you want to show this ROM, you must make your own note set, which is very difficult.

I thank [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for his help over this past weekend at the FCA convention when he took about 20 minutes of his time to make sure I was able to do my SOAP notes on Monday.

However, the line item customization set up does not allow for individual results.

I went to the training in Florida, and it was the best experience I have ever had with training and learning.  

Speaking of note sets, It took me 6 months to make mine because exams take FOREVER to do on this software.

We have been very satisfied with Eclipse, both the program as well as the support.

Be able to txt patient 's appointment reminder is a great tool.

The scheduler is awesome and all the options to customize it and different ways to view your day and week.  

I wish there was a way to have my desk top that is in the office to access eclipse even while my main computer isn't in the same office.

I have bot encounter any issue with the software that the tech has not been able to help with .

I have found over my time with the software that you can get just about any kind of report out of it and see just where the practice is doing well and what you need to improve on.  

That again means separate notes and ledger.
