I think the features list is so extensive and would help many chiropractic offices with their admin needs, as well.

It can handle locations.   But I feel it is slightly less than robust for a big multi Dic clinic.  

It has the toys that come with cloud systems like email and txt communication.

It’s intuitive, reliable, and clearly designed with real-world PT workflows in mind.

It was a little easier to use for patients online, patients find it difficult to create an account online

I've used other EHR systems throughout my career in medical and dental billing and zHealth is by far the most versatile and user friendly!!  

Willing to listen to us for improvements and they are always improving and the support is great!  

Importing all of our patient demographics was a breeze on our team. Once I was able to send the customer service team our CSV file it was uploaded in the new software within 48hrs.

The system is slow and often down. If have issues have to email support.

I wish there was more reporting options, but I have not reported this yet as I've found work-arounds.

I want to just click and add and not type or speak and spell.

I can bill insurances directly from the system but also have the flexibility to develop the cash-based side of the practice within the EMR.

We chose zHealth for that and I like that I can complete my notes from anywhere and that I can see my schedule from my phone.

They don't have scrolling in many boxes that should get scrolling and so you have to scroll up and down to complete some aspects of notes and information.  

They promise to fully customize the software SOAP notes and the patient digital intake was the enticing sales pitch.

THERE IS NO FILTER OPTIONS ON BILLING REPORTS MEANING NO WAY TO GET A CONCISE ITEMIZED RECEIPT and it's causing me to use my old EHR system for all my personal injury / car accident patients to RE-ENTER everything before submitting it ...wasting a lot of time.

After months of her working on Jane billing, multiple cases and support escalations, emails, phone calls, and even trying to get the owner involved.. we have given up.

Not related to this call but a separate issue making us upgrade our regular package into the more expensive package to then upcharge us further all because we wanted to add direct billing / e-claims for our patients and to be able to take on patients who were otherwise declining to book appointments because we didn’t direct bill.
