I can enter the claims as templates and save one to each individual client and it defaults to it every month. It's nice to be able to see all the information they store as well.

Given the complexity of the whole revenue cycle management system, I'm impressed with what EZClaim has been able to do, and their support department was helpful getting everything set up.

For some reason it is not picking up duplicate service lines and alerting to them. I have several different people entering charges and have started seeing duplicate service entries.

Overall, the experience has been satisfactory but the "time out" issue and "statement" issue are vulnerable areas that if another company came along, we might switch if those problems didn't exist.
