The have a flaw in the system where they will charge you for what they call a “non-billable” transaction. If you’re connected to a channel manager and you create bookings manually, they still charge for this and expect you to tell them within 15 days for a refund.

Airbnb says they see 96 days lead time for reservations and VRBO is 132 days lead time for reservations. But yet Beyond tells me to expect a 53 day lead time for reservations.

The ability to detect demand changes and to adapt prices based on that.

I used Beyond for two months, couldn’t get their pricing to work due to the Airbnb conflict, and got no support—just attitude.

It just needs some ongoing work to make sure the parameters we set are right for each season.

Their algorithm is the best on the market for keeping prices competitive.

Every time there is an issue where the integration fails or the pricing doesnt disply correctly, it takes them a minimum of 4 days to reply & they don't always solve the issue.

Some reports and analytics could be more customizable, and occasional syncing delays between channels can cause minor inconveniences.

Some reporting features could be more intuitive, and occasional updates can change the layout or settings, which takes time to adjust to.

The only point to add was that I was told originally we could bulk export contacts details from previous booking channels before using Hostaway, but Hostaway doesn't have that feature.

The onboarding process was incredibly smooth— their team guided us step-by-step, from channel integration to customizing settings and reporting.

I want to teach an AI replying module, so when the system suggests a reply and I don't like it, I want to be able to improve future replies after editing and saving the suggested reply version.

VRBO payment setup is not awesome and the House rules connectivity issue is an unfortunate issue to look into.

I wish I didn't have to manually enter expenses every month and I wish more features were available on the app.

The new payment changes were hard to follow for me....even having the Help Centre notes did not give me the day to day instructions.

The app does not have the function to be able to send payment directly from the Software to homeowners.
