The have a flaw in the system where they will charge you for what they call a “non-billable” transaction. If you’re connected to a channel manager and you create bookings manually, they still charge for this and expect you to tell them within 15 days for a refund.

Airbnb says they see 96 days lead time for reservations and VRBO is 132 days lead time for reservations. But yet Beyond tells me to expect a 53 day lead time for reservations.

The ability to detect demand changes and to adapt prices based on that.

I used Beyond for two months, couldn’t get their pricing to work due to the Airbnb conflict, and got no support—just attitude.

The price overall could be a bit lower.   Although you dont have to pay all of it up front, it still seems high in the end.

Lucky for me I carry my bill of sale and he was ok to let me go without a citation.   How much longer is it going to take to get this street legal cart legal.

i dont like anything about this, just brings your prices to rock bottom, there is nothing dynamic or good about this product..in my opinion..have been trying to use for more than 1 year with 4 properties and if i continue to use it will wipe me out of business

So far has resulted in less bookings, shorter stays, less lead time on bookings.

Having to purchase additional features, like the marketing data/comparisons.

The rentals that have come in have been varied in pricing and some have been very good, others lower but those will hopefully help overall occupancy.  

Easy to setup "gap fill" to be able to rent dates the would normally be lost due to nightly minimums.

I ended up lodging PayPal disputes, one of which I won.

It just needs some ongoing work to make sure the parameters we set are right for each season.

Their algorithm is the best on the market for keeping prices competitive.

It would be perfect if they added a feature that would allow for price to sync in different platforms, with a % differential for each one

some functions are hard to understand but I manage without them for my needs

Price is a bit high and if i switch it will be because of this fact.

Unfortunately, I had a little trouble when I added Hostfully as my property management software to connect my accounts correctly but after contacting support they helped me get it all correct!

A month later, still no title and no registration.

We have been using Beyond pricing for 5 years now and I love the rate management tools.

That they take a cut of the proceeds from every booking and you never if having the beyond impacted that booking or if it would've organically come

We use Beyond mainly for dynamic pricing but we know there are several features we are yet to fully utilize but feel we will be able to in time.

I really liked the comps section that was part of the program when I bought it but when it was taken away and forced to upgrade for it, it has actually made me start looking at another product.

Overall its been a good experience, I can set it once and it will always be there, but i like the ability to review and make small adjustments, i.e. 5% up  or down.  

What I appreciate the most are my monthly meetings with [sensitive content hidden].

I wish it has a simpler way to customize holidays and weekend rates.

I've tried dozens of other pricing tools but Beyond Pricing has the best data to price your listing the way it should.

All of this is in contrast to my 16 years of experience.

This is just stupid. Why can't I have access to these indefinitely?

the 1% charge, when i have properties doing 500k a year, i dont want to give away 1%.

It integrates well with my property management system, Uplisting.

Beyond pricing saves us so much time in dynamic pricing for all of our properties.

Staff is nice and helpful, but results have been extremely disappointing.  

Some complexity to the interface but that’s because it dies a lot.

I have encountered some integrations issues, specially when using a different channel manager
