CampWorks is a web-based and on-premise camp management software, which helps RV parks, campgrounds, resorts, and marinas manage reservations, visitors, payments, and point of sale (POS) on a unified platform.
The application enables organizers to create and edit bookings, set up maps to visualize spaces, and define the status for guests on its drag-and-drop interface. Campgrounds can create custom prices on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and adjust rates for specific groups, facilities, or period. With its guest management module, supervisors store details about vehicles, discount programs, and visitor’s history.
CampWorks allows facilities to track rental items by creating notes, process payments, and measure sales through financial reports. Owners can use their charge accounts to create statements, add payments or credits, and track sales while selling products or services to local businesses. It also offers a host of other features such as housekeeping management, remote access, inventory tracking, email notification, transaction monitoring, data visualization, group reservations, and more.
