sensitive content hidden] is a wonderful addition to our hotels that are on Hotelogix system, always willing to assist, looking at the issue from an operational point to ensure we get the maximum usage from the system.

The interface is clean and intuitive, so training time is usually short, and basic day-to-day operations (check-in/out, room assignment, reservations) flow smoothly.

We faced issues with their team loading our existing bookings all under only 1 name, then changing to our reservation team name, losing traces and important details, and not even realizing they were wrong: we had to explain why we could not have 30 reservations under the same name, then again why the reservations could not be under our sales team name!

The Audit Trail feature really helpful to keep tracking the records of the booking .

What stood out the most is the system’s intuitive and user-friendly interface, which made it easy for the team to adapt quickly.

What I liked most about Hotelogix is its user-friendly system and intuitive interface.

Creating a reservation, check in or check out, is very easy and fast.

All this comes at a fairly decent annual fee compared to other similar PMS.

Customer support is available 24 hours and they are always there to help.

Even after more than a year, they remain very accommodating and extremely easy to work with.

The application disconnects a little bit too frequently and login process, using captcha and confirming front desk all the times, takes away some precious seconds especially if I am on a phone call or checking in customers at the reception.

Also the support team is very quick and prompt service 24/7 .

Splitting of one single booking in different room categories in the same hotel for different dates can be very easily done in Hotelogix-

pos software , no Qr code for menu , no store module(chargeble) , no inventory managemnt module

one issue is that we have multiple hotels but hotologix unable to setup Group login for admin.

Anytime there is a modification email from an OTA, if we had already charged a one night deposit etc, and the guest modifies, I have to do a lot of technical work to get the accounts accurate, because it creates a whole new reservation and there are 4 payment screens to make accurate.

Connects seamlessly with the OTA s. channel manager and Booking Engine.

It does not function as expected in comparison with some of the other PMS options.

As Administrator, it's easy to make changes as needed to motel information, rates, etc.

Because of big room inventory sometimes it takes long to update.

You can't just opt out of the rounding option so when it figures you have a wierd carryover, it automatically adjusts it, causing us problems closing folios sometimes.

Hotelogix scam their business  partners . If you consider being a reseller don’t work with them.
