I particularly like that (1) it receives the prices I need from PriceLabs, adjusts them for each channel, and feeds them on correctly, (2) working with the calendar is efficient and it syncs quickly, (3) supports AirBnb co-host integration, (4) my cleaning team can access the calender, (5) it integrates with my home heating setup, and (5) the customer support is super responsive.

I has also made messaging my guest easier because I can do it from the software regardless of which booking engine I am using.

Connecting the iGMS program with the external channels such as Airbnb and VRBO was a breeze to set up.

With so many platforms communicating to make the reservations happen, it's nice to have someone that can help me investigate any issues or questions I have.  

I has been very usefull, it has reduced the time I wasted on simple things such as coordinating cleanning and sending standard messages.

At the moment, these are the only 3 channels I need, but it could be an issue in future or with other properties. But everything else worked well and I don't plan on needing other channels.

The dashboard could also be designed to be a little clearer.

Their support is also immediate, with other platforms you have to wait a long time to get a response.

I would highly recommend their service to persons working with on line vacation rental properties.

iGMS is a well-designed and effective application for managing my property.

The customer support term is very responsive and was instrumental in the set up.

On the topic of the help ive have gotten, igms is not the fastest but is surely responsive.

I have only one place to go...not a half dozen...to take care of customers.

Ok, so after deep diving reddit and YouTube, I ended up going with IGMS for my property management software.

iGMS should consider expanding its reporting capabilities to provide users with in-depth information on property performance, guest demographics, and booking trends.

My cleaner has to use two difference emails to make it work when I wish they could just have multiple properties and multiple hosts under their one account.

For example, we cannot restrict weekend checkin/checkout for Booking.com which causes a lot of logistical problems for us because our cleaners charge us double for weekends!

There are some app glitches that can be annoying to deal with and it takes to long to load the app each time. But if you bring this glitch to IGMS team developers they seem to fix in a timely manner.

Would be good if you where able to give discounts on 5 nights, 7 nights, 14 nights tho this may change in future updates.
