    Pros
    Easy to deploy, love the multi-calendar screen, great housekeeping coordination feature, and time saving templates with automated send features. Customer service is very good.
    IGMS has some areas to improve but is already the leader in my opinion because they are focused on continual improvement of the product and provide excellent customer support.
    Product easy to set-up and allow a free version for less than 4 airbnb places which is nice while growing. Can be connected to TheKey and allow template for messaging.
    Cons
    I did all corrections that were showing errors upon launch.
    Currently no option to link to our own website but this is under development apparently.
    Once in a while the app stops working and we need to contact customer service to make it work again and it usually takes a few days.

    Constantly improving and adapting! Cant reccomend any higher

    The perfect solution for Property managers and Cleaning teams. Great customer support and always adaptable to our specific needs.

    Cons

    There are minor glitches from time to time however they are quick to fix them!

    Impressive Property Management with iGMS

    Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience of using iGMS. It has made managing my vacation rental properties a much simpler task and has saved me time in the process.

    Pros

    iGMS has made managing my vacation rental properties incredibly easy. The interface is user-friendly, and I can quickly see all the important information about my guests, bookings, and payments. I love that I can also set up automated tasks and messages to keep my guests informed and my properties in order.

    Cons

    Unfortunately, there are some features that I wish iGMS had. For example, I would love to see more options for customizing my reports, as well as the ability to integrate with more payment gateways.

    Waste of time and money

    Very poor. It cost me hundreds of dollars due to double bookings and having cancel reservations ruining my ratings.

    Pros

    Nothing could not use software. Waste of money and time.

    Cons

    Not easy to use. No instructions available and no number to call for assistance.

We are sorry to hear that you had some challenges using our app. We have double-checked with our team, and they confirmed that you have been charged just for one property in total, even though your listings weren't grouped. As for the double bookings, they occurred because the listings were not merged, and therefore calendars weren't synced across the channels. As soon as you created an iGMS account, we sent you step-by-step instructions on how to merge listings and asked if you need any help with the setup. Unfortunately, we did not hear back from you.     I like that is it so well sync with airbnb.

    Cons

    The sync with VRBO is really bad but I am guessing VRBO is the culprit.
