They are also patient in teaching me the steps to make those changes. I also feel like their website templates allowed me plenty of options and it is much cleaner and more user friendly.

There were little issues, but they were addressed promptly. It is amazing what can all be done from this program.

I'm not able to right click and open a new tab on any of the links, this has been frustrating specifically for POS items.

There were a few things missing that we needed, but when we asked about them, the developer added them.

Arrivals that are not checked in/haven't arrived by closing disappear from the arrivals list the next day which makes the next shift need to search for anyone who stills owes money from last night.
