Resnexus has become the primary vendor for all of my customer and marketing data, with the exception of liability waivers, which we ask each customer to sign prior to check-in - as recommended by our insurance company.  

We love both the customer self serve options for booking their stay (within the booking  parameters that we specify), and the email automation for pre-arrival and after stay follow-up reviews.  

Overall, I would recommend ResNexus to any business big or small that is looking to create a more formal presence on the internet with the ability to lean on their team of support staff that will guide you through the entire process.

The rates management is the least cluttered of any solutions we used, and their booking engine is the only one flexible enough to allow you to sell just about anything besides just overnight stays.

Total pricing can get a little convoluted, once you've got your normal package, texting, keyless entry, marketing, etc, and they all get billed separately. But it's not that big of a deal.

Sometimes dragging and dropping reservations between rooms is not easy, and the mobile interface is hard to use when I am not on the property.

We can call and get to a live person who can walk us through any issues or questions we have and this is invaluable when it comes to running a business.

We found out later the real reason they asked us to leave is because their sales guy lowballed our account and they decided not to honor the lifelong price guarantee.

They can do it with items, but there is no way to calculate the shipping based on the address and etc.  

During weekends, we're able to call after hours support, which we used only a handful of  times.

Their customer services have been of great assistance to us over the course of our using their platform.

I found out what reservation system the current owner was already using and so I decided to implement it at my smaller property so I could get used to it.

If there was one thing I would say that I wished was better about this company or certain aspects of it I suppose it would have to probably come down to the website and only that there are certain controls that I would like to have in the editing of my website that are not available to me but other than that.

This company is amazing across the board from their easy to use hotel/property reservation software, to their outstanding customer service and willingness to help, to their website design department.

Still trying to understand credit card processing.  

I was one of the reasons I left Resnexus for a year, however the other product was so hard to use, and prone to errors with poor support that I went back to happily returned and was happy to see that they added support for multiple languages.

We build websites for other accommodations in the area, and we've helped probably 10+ of them to sign up with ResNexus too -- that's how much we believe that they're a great company.

Hotel reservations have expenses - credit card fees, third-party commissions, occupancy taxes, and, of course, monthly reservation software costs.  

The staff across all departments is awesome.
