We made the decision to implement Cloudbeds across our 5 hostel locations. Being in a low cost region, we found the products not only feature rich for our needs, but also excellent value. The implementation process was painless, generally the support was and has continued to be of high order. As with any off the shelf system there were a handful of small workarounds required which the team were swiftly forthcoming in working with us to develop. It was a big decision to migrate to Cloudbeds, we're glad we did. We have improved our sales and operations as a result while simultaneously vastly reducing our system costs.

An excellent, scaleable, stable, great value hostel solution

TERRIBLE customer service. If they even bother to reply to your email - your explaining the same problem at least three times - and then they make false promises.

Feeling scammed

Hospitality is a new world for me, but using a cloud bed makes it very easy for me to accept reservations from various online travel agencies and really helps us to market The Awan Villa

Friendly team and the program itself is very good, however, if you are not technically minded, we found cloud beds to be very complicated and help is difficult to get and this was very frustrating.

We are analyzing it for our hotel so we are just using the demo version so far but I see a lot of potential and we probably would implement it soon.

We have been using Cloud beds for almost 2 years. 
Very intuitive and easy to use. Covers all of our needs and more.
They are always updating and making important improvements to the software features. It get better and better.
The support team is very good and always available.
My Front desk: Cloud beds has made our Front desk tasks easier. We have more time for our guests!
My Allocator: We do not waste time anymore updating availability on the OTA's extranets. We are always available which means more sales.
My Bookings: we have just started to use it. Easy to configure, adapts to specific needs.


Easy, efficient, adaptable

I feel that for a small scale hotel or a place that is not looking to modernize fully cloud beds provides enough features to help you get a foothold and have an over view of your Property. It helps a lot the learn the basics and is easy to work with everything that is provided. However this comes with a draw back at a certain moment you want to grow and would need features that is not provided in cloudbeds.

Some aspects are really nice. Managing the channel reservations has become much easier, and managing reservations from our website has become easier. Cloudbeds is working to improve response time for support requests.   If your company is already acquainted with a cloud based reservation and property management system, then Cloudbeds is worth considering.  If you are making the change from an older, server based reservation system, find a software partner that provides comprehensive training and provides live support accessible by telephone. It is worth paying the extra money.

The customer service of Cloudbeds is the cherry on the cake!
There responding time is extremely fast and they have their own representative "on the ground" which is extremely pleasant, so when necessary we can actually meet in person with our Account Manager.
Also during the challenging COVID times they proved us so far several times being a solid partner where we can count on think together with us and offering great relief solutions instead of creating problems.

I have not experienced anything that would change my desire to utilize Cloudbeds to manager our property. It's so easy, a child could do it...literally.

With regards to the feature suggestion, may I offer a workaround where you can use the Documents tab from our Reservation Details page to store any files from a computer? Our experience was very poor. Their implementation team was weak. The transition was not organized well and their support was poor.
