The biggest problem today's world, using very different tools for doing business. However, when we use Adobe products for eLearning ecesystem, we have a single point of contact and support center. It gives us time.
Adobe Captivate Prime is the latest ring of the chain. We are using Adobe Captivate for rapid course creation and Adobe Connect for webinars. So, on the LMS side, Adobe Captivate Prime gives us an opportunity to manage our eLearning lifecycle from a single point. You have everything under the one band. It gives you a single point of support contact. On the LMS side, we have a great harmony with the eLearning courses which are created by Adobe Captivate. We are uploading our courses to Adobe Captivate Prime directly and manage them easily.
In my opinion, the user interface needs to be developed for user experience. But I can say that if you are using a big brand and have a good support user-interface is the second issue.

Adobe Captivate Prime provided me with the tools to developed a gamified course. In today's teaching and learning, it just makes sense to gamify the learning experience.
I really like the layout and features that Adobe Captivate Prime brings. I can easily see myself using the software for the classes I teach.
Adobe Captivate Prime's name was somewhat confusing since Adobe Captivate is a different software product. I am not sure if the plan is to merge both. Adobe Captivate Prime's learning curve was higher than I first anticipated. I plan on purchasing the software and learning how to use all the features.

Adobe Captivate Prime enables organizations to fulfill their learning objectives by delivering rich and consistent learning experience and simplifying LMS administration. Admin cockpit is simple, user friendly and enables even a novice LMS Administrator to perform all admin functions effectively.
Adobe Captivate Prime has a strong and tightly integrated course management and user management module. Courses can be easily managed and linked to users, skills, gamifications, tags, workflows, notifications, reports and so on. Adobe Captivate can publish courses to Adobe Captivate Prime easily with just few clicks. Adobe Captivate 2019 which was released in August 2018 also supports immersive learning experiences such as Virtual Reality and 360-degree videos.
Offers basic Reporting and analytics. Need stronger reporting module which enables organization to track complex learning indicators.

Adobe Captivate Prime has been a great way to learn things virtually. It makes it easy to engage other professional’s attention.
The user functionality of Adobe captivate prime could be improved by creating an interactive virtual tutorial module.

I like that Adobe Captivate Prime allows me to do things I cannot do with more basic software and that there are so many features.
I find that Adobe Captivate Prime can be very complicated. Like most Adobe products, it is not very intuitive.

I enjoy using and developing learning programs on Adobe Captivate.
I was very thrilled to see that -Publish in various devices - tablets, mobile phones, desktop. - Publish projects on devices that support HTML5 which are iPad and iPhone. - 360 degree learning experience feature - VR images integration and augmented learning. - Customizable overlay such as blurbs, audio content and quizes - 2D and 3D view options - SCORM compliant helps - it gives completion status, scoring and quiz results. -
Concern: Adobe Flash wis going to discontinue in December 2020. So we don't know what changes will be required to add in Adobe Captivate Prime after Adobe Flash is gone.

Easy and multiple options. Handy software and helpful for mechanical engineers who prepare stress reports and validates them through their leads.

My favorite part about Adobe Captivate prime is the personalization of learning plans.
The content isn't necessarily for my line of work. That's just a personal opinion and may not apply to most using this LMS.

Captivate prime is a cloud based learning management system. This is known as web-hosting or Saas (Software as a Service) and for me is a positive feature. Generally SaaS is convenient for many companies to work with. Adobe in general has quite complex software so I expected the use of this LMS to be rather complex as well, however it seemed pleasantly seamless.
My main interest was simple integration with Adobe Captivate. Indeed, the 2017 release of Adobe Captivate provided excellent integration with Captivate Prime LMS. Discounts are offered after the 500 user mark. Many vendors only offer discounts after 1000 user mark. This was a great plus. Also Captivate Prime works with Tin Can, which is critical. It was easy to use and reporting was clear.
There is a lot of competition out there. It would have been nice if there was e-commerce.

Our Adobe Captivate Prime experience has been limited only in that we have only used the free trial period and had a virtual meeting with Adobe Prime Account Managers. We are pending funding to purchase, but if I had a choice this is the LMS I would choose - I build most of my course material using Adobe Captivate so using Prime seems like a natural progression. I just wish the pricing was a little more competitive.
You really can't beat an LMS that is so streamlined to the Adobe Captivate software. A click of a button has your course published SCORM compliant. Without any hand holding I was able to click through every menu, load courses, classes and materials. Customizing the page to our company colors and logos was ridiculously easy, too. I was impressed with the reporting tools - everything I would want as a corporate trainer is included. It doesn't get any more user friendly than Adobe Captivate Prime LMS.
The cost of Adobe Captivate is not as competitive as other LMS software we've looked into

Overall, I'm very happy with the software and support I get from Adobe Captivate Prime. Project interactions are easily scalable for the size and scope of our business as well which makes choosing Adobe Captivate a no brainer for our organization.
I really like that this fits all of our business needs and Adobe has provided everything needed to rapidly and effectively deploy our e-learning training program. Their customer support has been great!
As with any new system there is a bit of a learning curve at first however, it would be great if the system had a built in assistant or a beginners tutorial that could more easily be relied upon.

Adobe Captivate Prime was a great all around software with a user friendly interface, supportive documentation, flexible options for integration and a pairing with Adobe's suite of software. If it were up to me we would have definitely used Adobe Captivate Prime.
The software was very easy to use, compatible with many external applications and came with great support for the product.
The cost was the only issue and factor that kept my non-profit from going with Adobe.

Lots of connectivity options in the LMS, connected learning makes it easy for organizations. It saves a lot of time otherwise spent in manual tasks.
Connectivity is good with Adobe Captivate Prime. As a salesforce CRM professional, good to see that admins can connect the LMS with SFDC and learners can access their learning programs from Salesforce.
Captivate authoring tool and Adobe Connect are not part of the LMS. They need to be bought separately.

Overall, the experience was good. Our organization has a Customer Account Success Manager who provides guidance on implementation strategy and unresolved issues.
Intuitive Saas solution that offers a great companion tool, Adobe Captivate Prime for authoring SCORM compliant content.
No training is provided to the platform for users or administrators and the user guide and simulations provided by Adobe leave many features uncovered and many questions about the system unanswered.

The direct integration with Adobe Captivate is key. Previewing content in Captivate is notoriously unreliable, and so being able to use Prime as a publishing preview option is key -- showing you a more authentic preview.
If most of your development happens in other platforms, such as Articulate or Camtasia, then Prime may not be as obvious a choice.

ompanies looking for a complete eLearning solution, its customizability options, monitoring features, and interaction with other Adobe products make it a compelling choice.
By giving learners with pertinent and interesting material, customization can increase interaction and recall.
Additionally, Adobe Learning Manager easily interacts with other Adobe products like Adobe Connect, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Cloud. Businesses now have access to a complete system for developing, distributing, and administering eLearning material thanks to this collaboration.

Good solid solution to all your Learning, Training needs.
Adobe captivate Prime gives you a simple and intelligent solution for deploying elearning modules, presentations, learning plans and also keeping enhance the user engagement. Adobe Captivate Prime should be the foremost choice as the wealth of functionality that it provides is excellent when you compare it with other LMS tools available in the market. The "Fluidic player" that Prime has the ability to play MP4, PPTXs,, Adobe Captivate or Adobe Presenter projects, DOCX, SCORM or AICC packages. With this the adminstrator or the curator can add notes at any point to their content.
The modern user interface is extremely advanced, but cannot be considered intuitive. Smaller organizations (that does not boast of bigger audience size) might hesitate going for the captivate prime experience as it is costly compared to the other LMS tools available. Also, the interface might be little tough to master as experimenting with the software is a definite step needed to master it.

Given the importance of mobile learning, designing for mobile learning is very important. Adobe Captivate has good capabilities in this space.
Responsive learning is very important. Authoring with auto responsive for multi device or multiscreen is an important feature, once published as a project, it can give a responsive learner experience. New features for VR is the future of learning.
More features for mobile, Defining the responsiveness on each device can be made a little easier.

The training administration is good. The course publishing is also easy to do so. The content is interactive and offers good amount of personalization tools to add and enhance the course.

Overall Adobe captivate has been a really good choice for me for creating very effective and engaging e learning courses and managing them.
The thing that i liked the most is the wide range of templates available to choose from to create our courses. Also being from the adobe its integration with other adobe services like learning management system via moodle blackboard etc really raises the overall helpfulness of adobe captivate.
Although it is mostly compatible in most of the devices but sometimes in the older version of desktops it doesnt work efficiently. Also the multimedia experiences in the video content courses can be even more improved i feel.

I use Adobe Captivate to make training material on our 360 publishing system. I've used it for many years, so have some good experience using it. The online export facilities have got better over time, and have helped me move away from having to distribute large video files.
I like that I can use Adobe Captivate to quite easily make E-Learning materials, that I can export to be viewed online.
I would like to see more progress on development of Adobe Captivate, as it is a little dated and could do with some more features.

Overall i find adobe captivate is a very good option for managing e learning courses from designing them to the very end and all aspects of managing them i feel.
The templates of captivate are very customizable and and thus become very effective for different categories of courses. Also there is multi language support, this is very useful and required feature too that i personally like its seamless integration with other of adobe platforms like photoshop and illustrator. The tests and assignments are also very easy to conduct and keep a track of.
I feel there is limited interactivity with other of the e learning systems when compared to some other e learning authoring tools. I also feel like training administration can be made even more efficient.
