I have seen two sides to the system. While it is great for hiring workers and managing payroll through the system, I have had issues with the customer service being insufficient.

ATS,  Payroll, Performance, Employee Management - total full-service system with potential.

I would say for the money users pay for this system, there should be an easier way to have issues resolved in a timely manner.

Additionally, it offers multiple features, such as monitoring employee hours, attendance, and payments.

It is helpful to new employees learning the obligations and safety protocols in the workforce.

The software is easy to use, its efficient and it allows me to see everyone's time and their requests very easily

Incredibly complex to set up - especially events such as open enrollment.

It had all of the modules I needed as an HR Professional.

From submitting time off requests to approving them, the software is easy to use and understand.

Arcoro is not able to handle larger industries or companies, the system becomes bogged down with the large amount of information, which makes the system pretty tedious to use when it comes to searching for candidates or performance evaluations. If you are looking to translate the application or job posting in a different language, you have to do it manually with Google translator and use copy and paste.

Overall, this application absolutely serves our purposes when it comes to hiring choices, candidate selection and applicant tracking.

Arcoro has been a great help in my professional role, as its tool is very easy to use and highly effective when it comes to working and maintaining personnel organization through its cloud-based technology.

Not a huge thing, but there seems to be a lot more functionality/capability associated with this application that we haven't really been introduced to.

Likewise, it has made managing hiring processes and candidate management much easier.

At this point, I don't think we will ever be able to retire paper timesheets as the entry is not trustworthy.

Their settings are very black and white. If you want something excluded you have to exclude all options.

It's easy to clock in and out, find job address and leave notes in case their time needed to be edited.

I loved ExakTime but that was a deal-breaker in the end unfortunately. If they had offered a month-by-month payment arrangement then we would have stayed with them.

I liked how easy it was to navigate through the website, view daily/weekly timesheets and process time reports.

Our main source of contact ended up leaving the company, and it didn't seem like we were able to get much support after.

I kinda feel like the engineers have previously worked on ERPs that were specific to manufacturing, as some of the nuances required similar steps for product loading, building and sales.

There is a lot of time spent making sure that time is entered correctly.

So, when trouble shooting issues, it wasn't just finding what was wrong, it could take three days to ensure it didn't load, but the software wouldn't tell us where the critical error was.

Overall, I feel Arcoro is better suited for smaller businesses.

Arcoro has an easy step by step job posting procedure.

However, HR people are not ERP Managers, and generally do not come with that type of mindset or skill set since our nature is largely policy, people, management, and engagement.

We obtain very accurate weekly timesheets for all the employees, as we know exactly when they have arrived within the geo fence and logged in/out

My personal experience was that this company needs to make it easier to take notes, add addresses and calls when technicians get called out from their homes on an after-hour call.

Arcoro is a pseudo enterprise system, trying to be an enterprise system, and being selected due to perceived flexibility.

The applicant tracking software is the only good portion of the software.

To have a system that offers all the features and benefits for the price is one of the strengths of Arcoro.

When it worked the company saved money by tracking employees attendance.

I wanted an app that would track my whereabouts all day long.

We were never able to really set a program and forget about it, it was constant baby sitting.

We were told it would take one day to load, turns out it could take 3 days.

We have paid for the system with the paper we are not using alone.

I love this software for the tracking of time for our guys when on a job site and traveling.

The sales team is actually a pretty awesome group of people, as are the people who handle training.

I like that Exaktime is user-friendly and their customer service responds quickly.

Everyone from sales through Customer Service has been FANTASTIC.

There are a ton of features, but very few of them are easy to use.

Absolutely love that I can communicate with the employees and not have to rely on the supervisor to submit their time sheets anymore.  

Customer service at ExakTime (Arcoro) is terrible.

The software allows for  our needs, really enjoy the benefits platform and BirdDogHR for applicant tracking and onboarding purposes.
