It integrates with Greenhouse, so I can easily text candidates and it's automatically recorded in Greenhouse.  

Gem is perfect tool for reach outs and sourcing, especially for a big team to follow who has approached candidates in past or perhaps they have already been in the process.

The two features that I like the most about Gem is the automation of the email campaign that save a lot of time in terms of candidate contact and the reports I can download to track team performance.

Recruiter 

It's fast - you can upload a candidate from Linkedin, throw it in a project folder, throw it in a prospect req in GH, find a personal email address, write a personalized email and have it go into an automated followup sequence that will follow up for the rest of time if you want it to. And I can do all that in about 30 seconds.

Some of my favorite features include the talent pipeline, personalizing analytics dashboard, and the outreach stats to track which versions of sequences work best.

Sourcer

Gem has made sourcing so much simpler, our ability to track our pipeline very simple, and I can look through my statistics and make adjustments based on the data.

Technical Sourcer

Integrates seamlessly with ATS, LinkedIn, Calendly, etc. and provides excellent data on effectiveness of outreaches, candidate engagement with messaging (open rates, click rates, etc.), and qualitative sourcing information.
