Couldn’t fault Learn Dash, and we don’t even use half of the functionality that’s available within. We’ve used Learn Dash for over two years now and don’t plan on moving away from it anytime soon.

We have used LearnDash to train new sales staff with great success. I found it easy to create the lesson structure, insert my videos and then develop short quizzes to make sure the team were all up to scratch. It's a great tool that I'm very happy with.

Great for internal training

This product covers all the basics needed for an organization who has basic learning needs (e.g. tracking for compliance/basic on-boarding and product information).

Awesome Tool

Realiable as it can handle (very) large number of users. 
As it is a piece of software that offers many, many possibilites, there's a learning curve. But the customer support department has proven to be amazing to answer all our questions and needs.

Very cheap to be true

Learn Dash is a good platform to provide courses to students, but it does lack several needed features to create a proper marketplace environment. It is even limited to create subscriptions without third party software involved. 

Good plaform without useful features. 

I enjoy LearnDash and like that I don't have to pay a monthly subscription. I will continue to use it but wouldn't recommend it to people who aren't familiar with WordPress or aren't willing to learn how to do things themselves.

Overall quality of finished workshops is superb, and students express enthusiasm. Originally my designer warned me, "This system is hard to learn, but you'll be pleased with the results. That's true.

I do want to give a shout-out to the support team. Rep has given me exceptional tech support, and I can't imagine a more helpful, knowledgeable, kindly guide to the mysteries and complications of LearnDash.

Love the support

We've used this for a new course we recently created and it has been working well for our students. They provide video training and solid documentation to help get going. It can be confusing at first, and we've had to adjust our course as we've gone along and learned, but once you get used to how it works then it's fast and simple enough.

A proven and robust tool to create and deliver educational courses

Super awesome and friendly customer service. They talk with me in normal language so I can understand and they really try to get to the heart of the issue. 

Outstanding customer support

Because of issues we've had that were solved by tech support Dan, we haven't yet done an official launch although our plan is to launch on July 3.  I would say that my overall experience has been a mixture of frustration and joy.  It took me a while to learn how to navigate the builder, needing to navigate out of the course section to design the lessons and out of lessons to design topics, but once I worked that out, it's a breeze.  
    I feel I will know better what real benefits LearnDash has when my students actually start using it.

My Take on LearnDash

Overall, LearnDash is one of the best online course platforms I've seen.

It has all the options that an academy, university, institute, school may need to give their Online courses.

I don't think there is another more complete option to give online courses.

The interface is friendly, it has multiple integrated add-ons for many uses, it has friendly tech support that is responsive, and I look forward to learning more about all its features.

A highlight was the "Focus Mode" feature for the actual learning environment. It provided a clean, good looking interface for our students and took exactly zero time to tweak.

Yet the worst is customer support. I have been played for a fool for 2 weeks.

It does everything I want it to do. And given the new ability to use "groups" as "memberships," I'm even more impressed.
