Casino Schedule Ease is a cloud-based table game scheduling software, which helps casinos build and monitor staff’s schedules. Features include remote access, attendance tracking, overtime calculation, fingerprint and image authentication, role-based permissions, data storage, and reporting.
The software enables owners to create daily plans using a customizable drag-and-drop road map and select dealers for gaming tables and pits. Casino Schedule Ease includes a rating system, which lets supervisors align dealers at high-limit tables based on their talents and availability. Its biometric time clock allows employees to clock-in/out of premises and synchronizes the data with schedules.
Staff members can view their upcoming schedules, select shift preferences, request PTOs or emergency leaves, swap shifts with other employees, and access their HR data such as accrued valuation or FMLA regulations via mobile devices. Managers can approve or decline leave requests, track employees requesting any shift change, determine tables with skilled dealers, and monitor daily, weekly, or monthly leave trends.
