I really liked the ease of navigation in using the ClearCo Dashboard, helped all of us that had access in our Recruiting and HR team to at a glance see candiate process across all posted roles.

Not only does it accommodate salary planning in 12 countries, it is intuitive and allows managers to export their information to do their modeling offline and import it back into TalentComp, something they could not do with our prior system.

I like that we can assign hiring managers to their positions and empower them to review their resumes and make calls, this way they know what their program needs and being a non profit we have particular grants that have certain needs and the hiring managers know more about this.

I’d say overall it is worth the money, even though it is on the pricier side compared to other platforms.

ClearCompany is a very good tool that needs to be used by every company regarding its employee's reviews.

The reporting is subpar and you would be better off with a different applicant tracking system.

There tends to be bugs occassionally (but I believe that's the case with most software so it's not uncommon).

Delivering Total Rewards Statements to employees presented some challenges.

Running our salary planning for the first time this year went surprisingly smoothly, thanks to the partnership in implementation.

The team is incredibly responsive and communicative.  

THe integration with the background check was difficult and took quite awhile.

We also use it to send offer letters, initiate onboarding activities, and schedule interviews.

The software is very windows 95 looking it could use a refresh and an update on the format of where things are.
